Skin Brightening Toner

Skin Brightening Toner is a clear and light liquid, Formulated with glycolic acid, bearberry and lemon extracts, it provides effective exfoliating and skin lightening properties to achieve a brighter complexion with a smooth textured skin. The Skin Brightening Toner contains Bearberry extracts (also known as Alpha Arbutin), an active ingredient which has natural skin lightening properties to help reduce age spots and excess pigmentation. Lemon Extracts provide anti-oxidant properties (through its source of Vitamin C) and help to brighten complexion, reducing hyperpigmentation and dark spots, and improve overall skin tone. It also contains Gycolic Acid, an excellent exfoliant, which also helps to reduce fine lines, wrinkles and pigmented skin. This toner clarifies uneven skin colour to achieve a whiter and clearer youthful skin.
