Refund Policy

Skincare and makeup product

Skincare and makeup products are non-refundable. Product exchange is applicable within 5 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following terms and conditions:

– product must be in its original packaging, unused, unopened.

– products purchased as part of a set must be returned as a whole set.

Talent Transformation course

No refund will be issued for paid course modules after 7 days of this purchase. 80% refund will be issued if cancellation is made within 7 days.

Jill Lowe International reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice, in the best interests of the company.

NOTE: * To attend at least 1 course module within 3 months from the date of payment. Course modules to be fully completed within 1 calendar year.
